Jobatech Global Technology (“Jobatech”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through jobatech.com.ng, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA).

What we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company and message when you fill a form, book a call, chat with our assistant or contact us.
  • Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referral source, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
  • Conversation data: messages you send to our AI assistant or WhatsApp line, used to answer your enquiry.

Why we use it

  • To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals (your consent and our legitimate interest in replying).
  • To deliver services under a contract with you.
  • To improve our website and measure marketing performance (consent, via cookies).
  • To send updates or insights you have subscribed to. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (hosting, email, analytics, CRM, AI and messaging providers), under confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside Nigeria; where they do, we rely on safeguards permitted by the NDPA.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the contract and legal or tax obligations.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Email support@jobatech.com.ng and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

Security

We use SSL encryption, access controls and reputable providers to protect your data. No online system is perfectly secure, so please contact us immediately if you suspect a problem.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
